All services are provided under a written engagement agreement that details the scope, fees, and timeline. No service is commenced without a signed agreement.
Service fees are disclosed and agreed upon before commencing work. There are no hidden charges. Government fees, stamp duty, and registration charges are separate and payable by the client.
Sudhama Consultancy Services is not liable for delays or complications caused by government offices, third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
